About the Capture New Year’s Luck GIVEAWAY Campaign
Eligibility:
The giveaway is open to participants from Nepal, Thailand, Bangladesh, United Arab Emirates, Mozambique, Uganda and Laos, where benco V91 Plus and benco V91c are available.
Campaign Dates:
The campaign runs from Dec. 23, 2024 to 11:59 PM GMT+8 on Jan. 1, 2025.
Steps to participate in the campaign:

2. Capture a screenshot of the “Capture New Year’s Luck to Win” image in the video (see the picture indicated below) , and then share the screenshot in the comment section of the campaign post.
3. Like the campaign post and comment the post with hashtags #CaptureNewYearsLuck #bencoV91 Plus #bencoV91c and @ at least 3 friends.
4. Participants who complete the above requirements will have a chance to win a prize! If you’ve completed the steps, please send us a private message on our benco Facebook page with details of your actions. Don’t forget to include a screenshot as proof, so we can register your participation!
Prizes and Winner Announcement:
One winner will receive a benco V91 Plus smartphone.
One winner will receive a benco V91c smartphone.
The top performers will be chosen as winners, and the results will be announced on benco’s official Facebook page a few days after the campaign concludes.
How to claim your prize:
Winners must send your full name, email address, mailing address with postal code, and contact phone number to benco official account via in-box message on Facebook page within 1 week after the announcement of the Winners. If the original winner fails to claim the prize within this timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.
How to receive your prize:
The winner can either pick up your prize at designated locations appointed by benco team or request delivery to your address. In the latter case of delivery, shipping costs or other relevant costs are the responsibility of the winner. Upon receiving the prize, winners are required to post a picture/video of yourself taken together with the smartphone prize to your personal Facebook page with the tags #CaptureNewYearsLuck #bencoV91Plus #bencoV91c, and then screenshot the post and send to benco’s official account via in-box message. benco has the right to use these materials for research and marketing purposes.

Notes:
1. Participant must use a personal Facebook account to participate the campaign.
2. Ad-hoc changes of deadline related to the campaign, if any, will be notified on benco Facebook page and may not be notified to the Participants in private.
3. benco reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to delete any post it finds to be against Facebook’s Terms & Conditions.
4. Participants consent to their entry being used by benco in the future, for research and marketing purposes.
5. The contest is not open to employees, officers, and directors (and their families) of benco and their subsidiaries and affiliated companies, as well as its agents or related third parties who are connected with the administration of these promotions. Promotion entries will be void if submitted by aforementioned personnel.
6. benco is not responsible for entries to the contest that cannot be processed due to any technical or operational errors.
7. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, incomplete, for any reason whatsoever, will not be eligible.
8. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or indecipherable will not be valid and deemed void.
9. The prize as stated is not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
10. The color and memory options of the prizes depend on the availability on local markets.
11. Prize delivery times may differ on an individual basis due to factors including (but not limited to) carrier options, flight delays, national laws, and import restrictions.
12. Personal information collected from Participants will be used by benco for the sole purpose of delivering prizes to the winner. Other than announcing the winner’s name, benco shall not sell, share, or otherwise disclose personal information of Participants with third parties, other than to third parties engaged by benco to fulfill the above purpose.
13. Participants can only win a maximum of one prize for the challenge campaign.
